This point is primarily found in northern Florida and into southern Georgia and southeastern Alabama. This point has rarely been reported into South Carolina.

Authentic Gilchrist type artifact. A deep South type resembling a heavily resharpened Kirk/Pinetree. These have not dated but appear to be Early Archaic in origin.
