COMMENTS: huge blade, mostly percussion flaking with some fine
secondary edgework. This blade shows red and yellow color and has a hint
of the tiny nipple tip so common on these big blades. Looks like some heat
treating.





Arredondo Early Archaic Suwannee Co. FL

COMMENTS: classic little Arredondo, great glossy patina, deep concave
base, tiny shoulders and well developed ears. Short, broad and reworked
from a large point.
